Fall
| Program Begins - First Day to Start Work | September 4, 2019 |
| Students Awarded Federal Work Study must be job placed or they will lose their FWS award | September 27, 2019 |
| Program Ends - Last Day to Work | December 6, 2019 |
Spring
| Program Begins - First Day to Start Work | January 6, 2020 |
| Students Awarded Federal Work Study must be job placed or they will lose their FWS award | January 31, 2020 |
| Program Ends - Last Day to Work | April 24, 2020 |
| National Student Employment Week | April 5-11, 2020 |
IMPORTANT PROGRAM DEADLINES TO REMEMBER
- Students have 3 days after receiving a Request to Hire Form from Supervisor to receive their Student Employment Contractual Agreement.
- Students have 3 days after receiving their Student Employment Contractual Agreement to report to work. Failure to report to work on or before the agreed upon start date may result in cancellation of contractual agreement.
