Jernice Lea is currently the Director for Student Services and Admissions for Lincoln University’s School of Adult & Continuing Education/SACE at the University’s – University City site located in Philadelphia, PA. As Director for Admissions in the School of Adult and Continuing Education/SACE at University City, Jernice is responsible for enforcing Strategic Plan Initiatives for SACE as identified by Executive Management. She supervises a team of results-oriented and performance-driven staff that are compassionate and dedicated in their efforts to recruit, admit, retain, and serve adult students at SACE.
Jernice has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from North Carolina A & T State University in Greensboro, NC and a Master of Arts degree in Community & Clinical Psychology from Norfolk State University in Norfolk, Virginia. She has received advance training in Higher Education at Temple University in Philadelphia and Columbia University in New York, New York.
