LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, PA – The Lincoln University, in partnership with the Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC), is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Master Developer for the development of +/- 48.6 acres of land owned by The Lincoln University.
The RFP seeks a developer who will acquire and redevelop this property consistent with the Scope of Work specified in the RFP.

A few months ago, the University’s Board of Trustees approved the introduction of a fixed-tuition plan for incoming students this Fall, setting a fixed rate for four years of undergraduate education. The fixed rate does not include fees or room and board costs.
