  • All re-admit applicants must complete the attached questionnaire and student data form. Along with the completed application, a processing fee of $20.00 is required. NO PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted. Only bank certified checks or money orders.
  • If you were suspended for academic reasons and attended another institution, you must submit an OFFICIAL COLLEGE TRANSCRIPT and a DEAN CERTIFICATION FORM before the application process can be completed.
  • After the questionnaire is complete, return to the Office of Admissions. It will then be routed to the following departments for clearance: Registrar, Bursar, Financial Aid, Health Services and the Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management.
  • Upon acceptance, you will be required to submit a $75.00 acceptance fee. This fee is a clear indication to our office that you accept our offer for re-admission.
  • When re-admission is granted you will be sent an acceptance booklet.  Please follow all instructions and complete the necessary forms.
  • You will not be permitted to register for classes or receive a room assignment until the entire process has been completed.

Reinstatement Students

  1. All applicants that have been withdrawn from the University, but did not miss an entire semester must complete the attached questionnaire and student data form for reinstatement into Lincoln University.  This form is mainly for those students who received judicial sanctions that required them to leave the campus, but they are eligible to reinstatement for the following semester.
  2. If you have attended another institution transcripts and a Dean’s Certification Form will need to accompany this form.
  3. After this questionnaire is completed, please return it to the Office of Admissions.  It will then be routed for departmental clearances; you will be contacted when approved for reinstatement.
  4. YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES OR RECEIVE A ROOM ASSIGNMENT UNTIL THE ENTIRE PROCESS HAS BEEN COMPLETED.

PLEASE DO NOT REPORT TO CAMPUS UNTIL YOU RECEIVE OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION THAT YOU ARE CLEARED
