Re-Enroll Application

To apply for re-enrollment, please fill out the application below.

    A re-enroll is any student that was admitted and has attended Lincoln University and subsequently left and wishes to return to complete their program or complete another program at the same academic level.

 

  • The fall semester application deadline is July 1. 

  • The spring semester application deadline is December 1.

 

Once you submit the application, the following criteria will be reviewed.
All items must be completed before you will be allowed to register for classes or request a housing assignment.

  • Meet minimum GPA requirements or submit an appeal.
  • Send official transcripts from all other institutions attended after leaving Lincoln.
  • If you have not attended Lincoln in at least 5 years, submit new copies of your high school/GED, Advanced Placement, and all official college transcripts.

  • Have a zero balance due to Lincoln.
  • If not using financial aid, arrange a payment plan with TMS.

  • Submit your FAFSA at http://fafsa.ed.gov using school code 003290.
  • Have minimum GPA and have passed at least 67% of all attempted credit hours or submit an appeal.

  • Submit the Health and Physical Exam Forms (Main Campus only) to the Health Services department. 
  • ​Please note students must be fully vaccinated, received 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna or 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson, to be welcomed back to campus

I hereby certify that all the above information is true and correct.  I understand that I must submit official transcripts for all institutions at which I have enrolled since leaving Lincoln University.  I am also aware that any incorrect or withheld information could result in the denial of re-enrollment or expulsion from the university.  If this questionnaire is not completed fully it could delay re-enrollment or forfeit the opportunity to return to Lincoln University.
