  Summer 2022 Study Abroad Travel Update
Out of concern for the safety and health of Lincoln University students, study abroad travel for Summer 2022 will remain suspended. Despite the increases in vaccinations, the global health pandemic continues and the threat of COVID exposure and impending spikes in cases remain.
Plans for Fall 2022 study abroad travel look likely to resume but have not been determined. Lincoln University continues to closely monitor updates from the US Department of State and the Center for Disease Control, as well as local and national reports on COVID cases and the vaccine.

The Office of International Programs (OIP) cultivates global learning and cultural appreciation at Lincoln University, empowering students at the nation’s first degree-granting Historically Black College and University (HBCU) to effect positive change in their communities and the world. It does so by:

  • Facilitating educational international experiences that enable students to discover their connection with the world;
  • Providing services to enhance the lives of international students on campus;
  • Leading initiatives to make the university more culturally inclusive and engaged with the global community.

The Office of International Programs will advance Lincoln University’s legacy of providing the educational foundation that launches the careers of global leaders.
