The Department of Visual & Performing Arts will present its monthly recital, Musical Hors d’oeuvres, at 12:30 pm in the Ware Center Theater on October 9.  The program will feature student performers, faculty member Jean Bernard Cerin, and guest baroque cellist, Eve Miller. Co-sponsored by the Office of Religious Activities.

The event is free and open to the public.

Lincoln will be hosting a public forum titled Why the Constitution Matters to us Today with guest speaker Pennsylvania Superior Court Judge Carolyn H. Nichols.

Nichols was elected to a 10-year term in 2017. Previously, she was elected to the Philadelphia Common Pleas Court in 2011 and conducted felony jury trials in criminal court where she worked to protect the rights of crime victims, and the accused.
