The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), Paul Quinn College, and the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) will continue the celebration of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) with the "HBCU Cookout" hosted by All Def and Watch The Yard.
