A. Martin & Industries will be hosting an upcoming HBCU Night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY on February 8, 2019. A Diversity and Inclusion Workshop/Career Fair for current HBCU juniors & seniors who are seeking internships & entry level jobs ,will be included. Recent graduates are also encouraged to attend. Students will be able to network with industries from tech, sports, entertainment ,and more. Companies in attendence include Brooklyn Nets, NBA, Google, Live Nation, and more.

Additionally, they will discuss how being a member of the National Association of Black Accounts (NABA) has impacted their career and professional development. Black History Month Oratory Show

Join Lincoln Universities poetry organization known as  I.S.P.I.T  for this presentation of historical excerpts from Langston Hughes, Michelle Obama, Sonia Sanchez, and many more! The LU concert choir will also be a feature of this event. Faculty and family are welcome!  The general admission is free. Additionaly, this is an excellent opportunity for students to ask English teachers about extra credit. It takes place in the Ware Theater on February 4, 2019 at 8 p.m.

Speakers include department chair Dr.Chieke Ihejirika, assistant political science professor known as Dr.Sema Hande Ogutcu - Fu, and assistant professor of history known as Dr.Gnaka Lagoke.
