2013 CIAA/Food Lion/Coca Cola Scholarship Essay Contest

Students enrolled at CIAA member institutions are encouraged to enter the 2013 CIAA/Food Lion/Coke Scholarship Essay Contest for up to $35,000 in scholarship grants.

From January 28 – February 9, 2013, students should write and submit a 500-700 word essay around these topics: (1)Why I chose my CIAA school? and (2) What does attending a CIAA school mean to my community?

Prizes include:

Four (4) Grand Prize Winners will receive –

  • one (1) $5,000 scholarship grant;
  • two (2) tickets to the CIAA Tournament Games on March 1st and 2nd;
  • two (2) nights hotel accommodations and;
  • $500 travel stipend while in Charlotte, NC.

Fifteen (15) First Place Winners will receive – one (1) $1,000 scholarship grant
