Lincoln University and NuclearPro Academy Form Strategic Alliance

Nuclear Protection Academy (NucelarPro) is proud to announce a new strategic alliance partnership with Lincoln University of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Through this alliance, NuclearPro will work closely with Lincoln University to create employment opportunities within the nuclear industry for students. The alliance allows for the expansion of curriculum in many subject matter areas related to the nuclear industry, such as nuclear security and operations, diversity/convergence in the workplace, compliance to industry regulations, and problem identification and evaluation.

“The belief that nuclear power technology will be an important part of our global culture is a reality,” Executive Vice President Michael B. Hill said.  “We are pleased to partner with NuclearPro Academy to professionally train students in this growing industry and introduce them to this fascinating career path.”

About NuclearPro Academy: NuclearPro Academy will serve as an education and training resource for security professionals of the nuclear power fleet as well as a workforce development initiative for personnel both inside and outside the nuclear industry. NuclearPro’s strategy is focused on three primary goals:

Raising security workforce performance standards through experience-based training and continuous education.

Streamlining workforce recruitment, convergence and retention measures by working closely with the security professionals responsible for hiring these officers.

Promoting a robust safety culture through safety conscious work environment initiatives, human performance improvements and heightened threat awareness.

NuclearPro will provide professional education & training resources based on field experience with its curricula being developed by nuclear professionals.
