DWCommunications, LLC representatives will be interviewing both teams’ basketball coaches before and after the game, as well as providing half-time coverage.
This is the first time that Lincoln will be competing in the conference tournament after transitioning to NCAA Division II status from Division III.
The CIAA Basketball Tournament is the third-most attended basketball tournament among all NCAA divisions, which boasted 176,000 fans during the course of the week in 2010, while making an economic impact of over $37.7 million.
Ashley Sims says this is a huge step for the radio station and looks for students to produce such original material in the future via WWLU.
