LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, PA – The Lincoln University, in partnership with the Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC), is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Master Developer for the development of +/- 48.6 acres of land owned by The Lincoln University.
The RFP seeks a developer who will acquire and redevelop this property consistent with the Scope of Work specified in the RFP.

A pre-proposal conference will be held at The Lincoln University on October 7, 2014, at 10:00 am.
Proposals must be received at CCEDC (see address below) no later than 4:00 pm, on November 5, 2014. The envelope must be sealed and clearly marked to the attention of Robert Grabus.
