World Suicide Prevention Day QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training  is September 28, 2016 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m at the Wellness Center Lecture Hall, Room 1365.

QPR for Suicide Prevention is nationally recognized.  Participants will receive a certificate in QPR and learn:

  • The common causes of suicidal behavior
  • The warning signs of suicide
  • How to Question, Persuade and Refer someone who may be suicidal
  • Resources at Lincoln University and in the community
