Coach Anthony Plá Hosts Summer Baseball Camp 2016
Coach Anthony Plá hosts Summer Baseball Camp for players ages 6-12.
The camp is Monday, August 1, 2016 through Thursday, August 4, 2016 from 9:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m at the Lincoln University Baseball Field. (Rain date Friday August 5, 2016).
All campers are to bring their own baseball gear including bat, glove, cleats, protective gear, etc and a peanut free lunch.
Cost is $150 per player. Please make checks payable to Anthony Plá Baseball Camps.
Players will learn proper warm-up and stretching techniques. They will work in groups on different skills throughout the game of baseball in a fun environment on a college baseball field.
Each player will be working on hitting, fielding, throwing, base running, and pitching. Catchers will have an opportunity to get individual instruction as well.
Every day campers will play a simulated game working on all of the fundamentals they learn throughout the week. This camp is designed to help correct faults of younger players with proper techniques and skiils.
