Passport Day 2018

All faculty, staff, students are invited to apply for or renew passports from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Nelson Science Center Lobby.

Passport requirements:

  • Original Birth Certificate ( with raised seal)
  • 2 passport size photos (CVS/Walgreens: no cell phone photos, please)
  • Picture ID (drivers license, state ID)
  • DS-11 passport application
  • Passport Fee (2 separate checks or 2 separate money orders: No debit or credit cards) CK/MO $110 made out to Dept of State. CK/MO $25 made out to USPS
  • Out of state- need second ID (Lincoln ID)
