Bennett added to the Administrative Team

LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, Pa. - Lincoln University Director of Athletics and Recreational Services Harry Stinson III has named Mark Bennett as the department's Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Internal Relations.

"I am excited to add Mark Bennett to our Lincoln Lions family," said Stinson III. "Mark brings a tremendous amount of energy, experience, and a wide variety of expertise in multiple areas that will assist our department continue to grow. He is the perfect mix of innovator, leader, student advocate, and collaborator and I'm excited for our future with him on our team."

He comes to Lincoln from the University of Delaware, where he most recently served as the department's business operations assistant. Before moving into that role, he was an athletics compliance intern at UD. In that position, he developed policy procedures for the new staff, assisted the compliance department with meetings, and monitored playing and practice logs.

Bennett served in a variety of roles at Delaware, including being an on-field instant replay assistant for the football team, a shot clock operator for the men's and women's basketball teams, and an event center support member for events at the Bob Carpenter Center.

Bennett was selected to be an attendee at the 2018 NCAA Emerging Leader's Seminar and the Emerging Administrators Academy.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Eastern University with a bachelor's degree in organizational management and earned his master's degree in sports and entertainment management from Neumann University.
