Lincoln University, Pa. - The Lincoln University bookstore will reopen Monday, June 20 on a temporary basis to accommodate the Admissions Student Testing and Registration days this week.

The official opening will occur when a permanent store manager is hired. The university has new contract with external vendor eCampus.com for the bookstore’s products and services including new and used textbooks, ebooks, study materials, and apparel.

eCampus.com is a Lexington, Kentucky-based retailer, originally founded in 1999. The company partners with various colleges, universities and K-12 schools to provide a Virtual Bookstore Program.

Lincoln’s campus bookstore had closed in late May when the management contract ended with the outside vendor Follett Higher Education Group.

Located in the Student Union Building, the bookstore provides products and services to support both the academic curriculum and campus life at Lincoln University. It carries items such as Lincoln apparel, notebooks, snacks, and Greek items and is open during business hours Monday through Friday.

Lincoln University, the nation’s first degree-granting Historically Black College and University (HBCU), educates and empowers students to lead their communities and change the world. Lincoln offers a rigorous liberal arts education to a diverse student body of approximately 2,200 men and women in more than 35 undergraduate and graduate programs.
