Lincoln University, Pa. – As senior Diamond Mickle prepares for graduation, she is faced with what some would call a good problem: deciding between two job offers.
Just 3 months into the academic year, two companies have already recognized the tools and competencies she gained from her experiences at Lincoln University. Leading global financial firm J.P. Morgan Chase and an agency in the U.S. federal government have extended job offers to Mickle months before graduation.

“Diamond is a wonderful student with grades and a drive to match. It was a rewarding experience working with Ms. Mickle assisting her with career advice.” said Ralph Simpson, Director of Career Services.
This past summer, the Fredericksburg, Virginia native completed an IT internship with the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia where she applied the skills she learned in the classroom to real world situations.
“My internship experience has given me the skills I will need to excel in my career,” said Mickle.
Mickle also won national scholarships through the Exelon Corporation and the Thurgood Marshall College Fund.
Mickle said she hopes to have a decision soon and plans on taking the knowledge she gained at Lincoln University along with her.
