WSOC loses to Daemen

LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, Pa. - The Lincoln University women's soccer team fell to Daemen Sunday, 9-0, in East Coast Conference action at the LU Aux Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Daemen scored seven of its nine goals in the first half.
  • The Wildcats scored goals in the tenth, 16th, 19th, 22nd, 23rd, 33rd, and 40th minutes.
  • Daemen added goals in the 60th and 66th minutes.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE

  • Lincoln's defense forced 15 offside calls against the Wildcats.
  • Freshman Parker Moss (Elmira, N.Y. /Elmira) finished with six shots, three of which were on goal.
  • Lincoln tallied a season-high 14 shots with a season-high seven of which were on goal.
  • Thirteen fouls were called, eight of which were on the Lions.
