Campus Ready for Return of Students, Provides Clearance and Move In Guidance

LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, Pa. – Lincoln University faculty and staff are ready to welcome new and returning students to campus. New student move-in August 11 and returning students move in on August 19.

Clearance
To move in, new students must be cleared both financially and through health services. The admitted students webpage offers detailed information about the clearance process. Students are encouraged to review their clearance status in WebAdvisor. To complete the clearance process, new students may also visit financial aid, the bursar’s office, and health services prior to August 11. Staff will be available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

For returning students, the enrollment offices will be available today through Friday, August 17, and will reopen Monday, August 20, to assist students with gaining their clearance.

Move In
Admitted students who are cleared have been emailed and mailed their residence hall assignments and move in details. For students who gain clearance from August 6 to 9, will receive communication regarding clearance via your Lincoln University email with their residence hall assignment and details for move in.

The Office of Residence Life encourages students to and check their Lincoln University email address for answers to many move in questions. Students can find answers to many common residence hall questions such as standard room furnishings, recommended and prohibited items, and roommate assignments on the FAQ page.

Transition Week & New Student Orientation
New student orientation and transition week starts August 11 and will include testing, course placement, advising, registration and host of curricular and co-curricular activities. Students will also receive their campus ID, the Lion Card. Student will receive a complete schedule once they move in.

Returning Student Move In
Students are encouraged to check WebAdvisor for their clearance status prior to returning to campus on Sunday, August 19. The Office of Financial Aid and the Office of the Bursar will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday, August 11 to assist. Please keep in mind that this is an extremely busy time, calls and emails are being answered as quickly as possible.
