National Women's History Month: Fredda Maddox

Celebrate National Women’s History Month with speaker Fredda Maddox, the first woman of color to serve as a Pennsylvania State Trooper in Chester County. She was a narcotics agent for the Bureau of Narcotics in the PA Office of Attorney General and served in the Bureau of Criminal Investigations as a special agent.
