Moss makes history

LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, PA  – Since joining the East Coast Conference in 2018, the Lincoln University women's soccer team has never had a player honored by the conference.

Until now.

Freshman Parker Moss (Elmira, N.Y. /Elmira) is the first player to earn any honors from the ECC as the midfielder earned third team All-ECC, the league announced today (November 12, 2021).

"I am very proud of Parker and the hard work that she put in," said Lincoln University women's soccer coach Emmanuel Awotula. "This was a well-deserved accomplishment."

Moss made an immediate impact on the team as she was named team captain as a true freshman.

Her play-making ability was evident from game one as she led the team with shots (24) and shots on goal (11). She finished with one goal and one assist.

Lincoln finished the 2021 season at 0-14 overall, 0-9 in the ECC.
