Mission Statement


The mission of the Office of Human Resources is to strategically partner with the University community in identifying and proactively addressing its changing needs and effectively facilitating the various stages of the employee life-cycle including orientation, benefits and compensation administration, and performance management. The Office of Human Resources commits to fostering a community of inclusive excellence and engagement through strategic leadership and service that enhances the employee experience.
