Actor, director, and adapter of Shakespeare’s work, Timothy Mooney, will be on campus March 23 for two presentations in the Department of Languages and Literature.

The first one, at 1 p.m.,  will focus on famous passages from the tragedies.  

The second, at 2:30 p.m. will unpack the sonnets with the goal of providing a deeper understanding of the themes and language of Elizabethan England.

The Annual Science conference of the College of Science and Technology will take place on Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Ivory V. Nelson Center for the Sciences.
 
This years theme is Undergraduate research as a strategy for improving retention, graduation rate and acceptance to graduate and professional schools.

The Amos Lecture Scholarly Lecture Series Committee is pleased to announce the 2017 speaker, Dr. Newby-Alexander. A professor of history at Norfolk State University and the director of the Joseph Jenkins Roberts Center for African Diaspora Studies, Dr. Newby-Alexander will lecture on “America’s Black Past Matters.”

The program is open to all members of the Lincoln University community and will be held on Tuesday February 7, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Chapel.
