LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, PA – The Lincoln University announced recently that its 2014-15 acceptance fee can be paid in two installments – yet another effort to be responsive to economic hardships of families of prospective students.
A few months ago, the University’s Board of Trustees approved the introduction of a fixed-tuition plan for incoming students this Fall, setting a fixed rate for four years of undergraduate education. The fixed rate does not include fees or room and board costs.

The Students First Campaign seized a new opportunity to engage with young alumni at the YAC’s (Young Alumni Council of the Alumni Association of Lincoln University – AALU) happy hour mixer held on Thursday, May 29th at the Firestone Roasting House in Wilmington, DE.
Nearly 25 young alums assembled in the lounge-style setting, sharing those good ‘ole Lincoln stories and reconnecting with classmates, fraternity and sorority brothers and sisters, teammates and fellow members of other organizations.

The baccalaureate ceremony held for graduating seniors on May 9, 2014, served not only as an anticipatory ceremony being the last step towards graduation; but as a Students First Campaign booster as well. Thanks to the brothers of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and the Ezion-Fair Baptist Church of Wilmington, Delaware, Baccalaureate Service was taken to a new level.

On Saturday, May 3, the AALU (Alumni Association of Lincoln University) held their Inaugural Life Member Banquet and Awards Ceremony in the Student Union Multi-Purpose Room at The Lincoln University. Alumni, family and friends from as far as California were in attendance to join in honoring Lincoln’s distinguished alumni for their service and dedication to the nation’s first degree-granting HBCU.
During their award acceptances, many honorees reflected on their college days and how important Lincoln remains to them.
