Visit Lincoln

“Lincoln has given much to us. Lincoln has matured us. Lincoln has shaped us. Don’t ever forget these sacred grounds from which we grew, from which we have been taught. Because despite what we may think, you and we are Lincoln forever.”

Lincoln University Lion Tours

There’s no better way to feel the energy…the possibilities...the atmosphere of Lincoln University than to visit. Lion Tours are designed to provide prospective students with exposure to Lincoln University. Guests will have an opportunity to interact with our campus family while learning about our academic programs, activities and resources during their visit. The tour route is designed to give visitors an overall view of the campus in approximately 1 ½ hours.

The tour generally begins with an information session presented by an Admissions Counselor or Student Ambassador. During the information session, you will learn about our admissions requirements, financial aid, extra-curricular activities and general history about Lincoln University. Following the presentation, there will be a walking tour of the campus conducted by a current student. Current undergraduates conduct many of our tours to share their first-hand knowledge and experiences at the nation’s first degree-granting HBCU.

See for yourself why Lincoln University has been producing leaders for 160 years.

Campus tours are conducted during the following times by appointment:

  • Academic Year (September through April)
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday at 2 p.m. only.
  • Summer Months (May through August)
