Campus Tour Visits FAQ

Am I required to schedule a tour to visit the campus?

In order for the Admissions Office to better serve your needs regarding visiting our campus we strongly suggest that you fill out our campus tour request form. If you fail to complete a campus tour, request form you will be asked to conduct a self- guided tour once you arrive to campus.   

Am I able to view the inside of a classroom or residential hall?

We are typically unable to a show inside classrooms or residential halls due to student use.

Do I need to bring anything specific for my visit?

We suggest wearing comfortable shoes and depending on the weather please dress accordingly. 

Can I submit documents to an Admissions Counselor?

 We ask that if you need to submit any admissions documents please submit them prior to your scheduled campus tour to the information provided below.

What if I have questions about admission or financial aid, Will I be able to speak with someone?

We suggest scheduling an appointment ahead of time prior to your campus tour, counselors schedules varies and request may or may not be guaranteed.

How can I submit a request for special accommodations needed during my tour?

Any special request or accommodation should be submitted with the campus tour request form in the section: other information

Is lunch included in my tour?

Lunch is not included during campus tours. If you are planning to eat on campus, you must coordinate with Thompson’s Dining Company directly. Please be aware that during summer months (April-August) scheduling will not be provided.  

If you are interested in having lunch on campus, you will need to coordinate with Thompson’s Dining Company directly. How can I reschedule or cancel my visit?

You can reschedule your campus tour by contacting the Tour Coordinator directly at 484-365-7206 or emailing liontours@lincoln.edu. Please note that we do require a 3-day notice from the date of your campus tour if you are rescheduling or canceling.

Are pets allowed on campus tours?

Pets are prohibited during campus tours. Students should refrain from bring pets during the tour.

Can I stay overnight?

Lincoln University does not schedule any overnight campus tours.
