Lincoln University sophomore outfielder Julian Bradshaw (Brooklyn, N.Y./Brooklyn Generation HS) has been named the ECAC Corvias Division II Baseball Player of the Week for his performance on the field during the week ending April 30, 2017.

Bradshaw becomes the second Lions baseball player to be honored by the ECAC this season, joining Terence Berry (Dover, N.J./Dover HS) who earned ECAC pitcher of the Week honors on March 19.  He is the 15th different student-athlete at Lincoln University to earn ECAC honors this year.  Lincoln athletes have now earned ECAC Division II weekly honors a total of 30 times during the 2016-17 academic year, after having received just five such honors over the past five years (2011-16).

Playing in the final two games of the 2017 season, Bradshaw tied two school records in the second game of Lincoln's doubleheader against Virginia State with four hits in a game and nine total bases.  The sophomore center fielder hit his first collegiate home run, along with two doubles and a single.  He also had two stolen bases.  In Lincoln's two games last week he hit .571 (4-7) and had a slugging percentage of 1.286.  He scored a total of four runs, had one RBI and had an on-base% of .750, all while batting in the leadoff spot in the lineup.
