Davis and Oliver Named Lincoln Athletes of the Week

Joshua Davis (Saginaw, MI/Louisburg Junior College)

Joshua recorded double-doubles in each of the Lions two games last week.  He opened the week with a 21-point, 12-rebound effort in Lincoln's 76-71 loss to Queens college on Tuesday.  On Saturday, Davis scored 16 points, grabbed a career-high 13 rebounds and also had a career high five steals.  For the week, Josh averaged 18.5 points/games, 12.5 rebounds/game and 3.5 steals/game. 

Kholby Oliver (Bowie, Md./Tallahassee Community College)

In their lone game last week,Lincoln women's basketball player Kholby Oliver (Bowie, Md./Tallahassee Community College) came off the bench to lead the team with 15 points, making four three point field goals as Lincoln with dealt a narrow 65-63 loss to University of the District of Columbia.  Kholby shot 50% from the field (5-10) and 44.4% from three-point range (4-9).
