Danbury, Conn. - Lincoln University women's soccer player Tamara Greene (Piscataway, N.J./Piscataway) was named to the Eastern Conference Athletic Conference Division II Women's Soccer All Star Team as announced by the ECAC communications office today.  Greene was selected as a First Team honoree.

A senior midfielder, Greene is just the third soccer player in the history of the program and the first since 2012 to earn ECAC All-Star recognition, joining Tara O'Brien and Haley Hendricks who were both named in 2012).  Earlier this month, she was named to the Division II conference commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-Atlantic Region Team as a second team honoree.

Greene led the Lady Lions in nearly every offensive category in 2016, scoring ten goals and assisting on seven others.  She finished the year with 27 total points.   Tamara's point and goal are the sixth highest single season marks in program history.
