The Office of Advancement Services & Operations is focused on building an information infrastructure that supports the strategic plan’s theme of operational excellence. Part of the Division of Institutional Advancement, the office’s units include: gift & records management, prospect management & research, reporting, data analysis, stewardship and business operations.

The advancement services team manages, analyzes and leverages data to inform organizational strategy and conduct operations that engage and steward Lincoln’s stakeholders, supporters, alumni and students. Advancement services plays a critical role in guiding how Lincoln interacts with these individuals and organizations through communications, events, continued education, scholarship management, alumni relations, direct marketing and additional related activities.

The goal: to help create a blueprint of excellence that best represents the Lincoln brand and its rich history.

Lincoln University, the nation’s first degree-granting Historically Black College and University (HBCU), educates and empowers students to lead their communities and change the world. Lincoln offers a rigorous liberal arts education to a diverse student body of approximately 2,200 men and women in more than 35 undergraduate and graduate programs.
