Students are invited to connect daily with the Counseling Center for support. These daily 50-minute sessions are designed to promote integrative learning and build student confidence resulting in finding creative solutions to the challenges of academic life. In connecting and brainstorming with others, students develop a sense of solidarity. Sessions will be driven by focused group discussions and interactive wellness lab instruction. These open-ended sessions will allow students to join in at various stages fostering a sense of belonging and mutual aid. Beginning January 25, starting at Noon, Monday thru Friday.
