Richards, Ph.D., has been selected for a Fulbright Specialist grant in Business Administration at Polytechnic of Namibia (PON), Southwest Africa, in late spring 2012.

LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, PA — Lincoln University has been awarded a grant from the 2012 Dwight David Eisenhower HBCU Fellowship program for its Center of Excellence in Business and Entrepreneurial Studies. The fellowship, which is funded by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration’s Technology Partnership Programs (TPP), provided a grant of $17,500 to three Lincoln University Business and Entrepreneurial Studies students.
The Lincoln University community expresses its deepest condolences to the family of former Lincoln student Claude Norris III, 22, of Coatesville, who was killed in a single-vehicle car accident early New Year’s Day.

Lincoln University – Saturday, October 8, 2011, the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. held its 36th Annual Eastern Region Student Conference. Each year the NABA elects a small amount of students to receive a scholarship due to their stellar academic achievement, initiative and resolve in pursing their goals. The association has given out scholarships totaling $54,000 in support of continued academic studies of students.
Lincoln University, PA – Lincoln University School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics hosted the 16th Annual Science Fair and Poster Presentation on Saturday, October 22, 2011. The event was held in the Ivory V. Nelson Center for the Sciences. This research symposium afforded 32 undergraduates, from both the School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics and the School of Social Sciences and Behavioral Studies, the opportunity to do formal research presentations about their 2011 summer internship research projects at various research-intensive institutions. Lincoln University, PA – This October, 13 students in the Mass Communications Center of Excellence took part in the first installment of a new professional development program developed exclusively with Lincoln University. The NBC 10 Academy, in partnership with Philadelphia’s Black Public Relations Society (PBPRS), is a two day workshop designed to prepare majors for high quality internships and jobs in broadcasting and public relations.
Lincoln University – Saturday November 19, 2011, the Lincoln University Board of Trustees voted Dr. Robert R. Jennings to become the 13th President of Lincoln University. Dr. Jennings is expected to begin his tenure at Lincoln University in January 2012. He will be replacing Dr. Ivory V. Nelson who is retiring effective December 2011.
