Internal Group Space Requests
Lincoln University's system for requesting and reserving space on campus for classes, meetings, events and conferences is AstraSchedule.
Faculty and staff must log in to Astra. They do not need to create a new account. Instead, faculty and staff may navigate to the upper right corner and log in using the existing university login credentials of username and login.
Students Organizations' Presidents/Secretaries may schedule on behalf of their organizations. They must log in using their Lincoln email log in and password. They may then click "Request an Event" and follow the prompts.
External Group Space Requests
Thank you for your interest in Lincoln University. If your organization or business is interested in hosting an event on our campus, please complete an External Group Space Request form.
Use the link below and click “Request an Event” and select “External Group Space Request” to access the form. Provide the appropriate information and use the calendar functionality to select the dates and times of your event. Be sure to include times needed for event set-up and breakdown.
