Help Desk Quick Reference Guide
The Office of Information Technology uses the Keystone Information System to manage its Help Desk Support services. If you have reported a maintenance request and/or issue you may check the status of your ticket using this link,http://it.lincoln.edu/keystone and entering your ticket number.
Contact the IT department to open a Keystone ticket.
- Call the IT Help Desk
On-campus: Dial extension 8134
- Email your issue to email@example.com.
Include: Name, Building and Office number, Telephone extension, Email address, and a detailed explanation of your request; include the asset number or FFE number for the computer when requesting repairs.
- Visit the Office of Information Technology located in Modular 10 on campus
Once your request has been entered into the system, your ticket will be assigned to a technician.
Once the ticket is assigned the technician will contact you to schedule the maintenance appointment.
At any point in the process you may check the status of your ticket by using this link, http://it.lincoln.edu/keystone and entering your ticket number.
